Mediation Session Details
Full-Day Mediations: Generally begin at 9:00 a.m., include a working lunch, and run until 5:00 p.m. Some sessions may extend into the evening, with additional charges potentially applying. Two-Hour Mediations: Scheduled at 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. Four-Hour Mediations: Typically start at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Preferred Start Time: If you have a preferred start time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Additional Fees
Weekend Sessions: Weekend mediation sessions are available upon request. A supplemental charge of $250–$500 per party will apply. Multiple Mediation Sessions: Some cases may require more than one mediation session. If additional sessions are necessary, they are typically scheduled by mutual consent at the end of the initial mediation day. If more than one mediation day is requested in advance, the full fee for all scheduled sessions is due at the start of the first day of mediation. Extension Fees: If all participants agree to extend a mediation session, the additional cost is $130 per participant or party, payable on the day of mediation. Rates for Multiple Parties: For mediations involving more than three parties, rates may be negotiable based on the complexity of the case. Please contact us directly for more information.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling within 14 days of the scheduled date: -$125 per party for two-hour mediations -$200 per party for four-hour mediations -$500 per party for full-day mediations If a party fails to appear without prior notice, they will be responsible for the full mediation fee. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: If a mediation is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, each party will be charged the full mediation fee.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable $75 deposit per participant or party is due upon scheduling the mediation. This deposit will be credited toward the total mediation fee. Balance: The remaining balance is due one week prior to the mediation date.

Payments can be made via: Zelle® (214-500-7008) Law Firm Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash Zelle® is available through most banking apps, or you can download the Zelle app if your bank doesn’t offer it.
